LPN Day Care Professional

Metropolitan Jewish Health System is seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at our Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care in Brooklyn, NY. As a LPN Day Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents/patients in a long-term care facility.
Responsibilities:- Deliver nursing care to residents/patients under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, Nurse Coordinator, and/or RN.
- Recognize changes in residents/patients' condition and respond appropriately.
- Communicate effectively with the nurse manager and other members of the healthcare team regarding residents/patients' needs and/or changes in condition.
- Assign duties to Certified Nurse Assistants based on residents/patients' needs, staff availability, and unit needs.
- Certificate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program or required education as described by the NYS Education Department.
- NYS LPN license required.
- Good clinical patient care skills and communication skills.
- Must be service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
Compensation: $35.15/Hr.
