Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Maximize revenue and profits for all beverage outlets.
  • Beverage Inventory Management: Establish, review, and manage beverage inventory and cost of goods.
  • Quality Control: Responsible for quality control and ordering/receiving supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service for every guest.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas, ensuring effective operations.
  • Beverage Preparation and Service: Manage beverage prep and beverage service, as well as maintain operational standards.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate beverage preparation and service for all outlets, including banquets and events.
  • Promotions: Ensure all promotions are implemented at the highest quality, and are priced accordingly.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to Public Health Department Regulations and required training sessions for bar sanitation and liquor laws.
  • Employee Management: Handle hiring, training, development, and discipline for all bar staff.
  • Communication: Conduct regular staff and bar meetings with set agendas and goals, updates employees on F&B events and parties, and communicates information on all center activities.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct quarterly reviews for bar staff.
  • Uniform Policy: Ensure that the uniform policy is being followed.
  • Labor Optimization: Optimize labor utilization by creating schedules and monitoring productivity.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Highly developed customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Integrity and Communication: High integrity, respect for individuals, and strong communication abilities.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Diversity Appreciation: Appreciation for diversity (of thought, ethnic background, gender, orientation, etc.)
Education and Experience
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in food and beverage management is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume F&B environments, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Liquor Laws: Have knowledge of state liquor laws and/or have a state Alcohol Awareness certificate.
  • Financial Skills: Strong budgetary, projection, and cost control skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
