Addiction Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Addiction Therapist to join Transitioning and Uplifting Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual or group setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client evaluations to accurately identify client needs, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver both in-person and virtual counseling sessions, adhering to program protocols and maintaining a high standard of care.
• Engage in continuous evaluation of client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Serve as a pivotal point of contact, facilitating seamless coordination between referral sources, healthcare providers, and other pertinent agencies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Active Certification or licensure: CAC-AD, CSC-AD, ADT
• At least 1-3 years of experience working in an IOP/OP setting, with proficiency in treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Ability to work flexibly in a start-up environment and adapt to evolving program needs.
• Experience in delivering both in-person and virtual counseling sessions, with demonstrated proficiency in implementing evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits:

• A competitive hourly rate of $28.64 per hour, based on industry standards and market research.
• The position offers flexible part-time hours, ranging from 15-30 hours per week, with potential for growth as the program expands.
