Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Substance Counselor / Supervisor to join our team at Transitioning and Uplifting Inc. As a pivotal point of contact, you will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual or group setting.

About the Role
This part-time position involves conducting client evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering both in-person and virtual counseling sessions. You will work closely with referral sources, healthcare providers, and other pertinent agencies to ensure seamless coordination and adherence to program protocols.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough client evaluations to accurately identify client needs.
* Develop tailored treatment plans that address client needs effectively, ensuring a roadmap for the recovery process.
* Deliver high-quality counseling services, including in-person and virtual sessions, while adhering to program protocols.
* Continuously evaluate client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop individualized aftercare plans for IOP clients, incorporating necessary mental health support, substance use management, and community resources.

Requirements
* Active Certification or licensure: CAC-AD, CSC-AD, ADT.
* Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in an IOP/OP setting.
* Certification or specialized training in treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is highly preferred.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: $28-$35 per hour (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
* Part-time schedule: Up to 20 hours per week, with potential for growth as the program expands.

Work Environment
* Day shift, evening shift, Monday to Friday.
