About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Manager to lead our Lead Generation Department at Great Day Improvements: A Family of Brands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate new business leads at local events, fairs, and festivals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to promote our home improvement products at events and shows throughout your territory.
  • Research, book, and negotiate event opportunities to maximize lead generation potential.
  • Build, train, and manage a team of Lead Generators to ensure successful event execution and lead capture.
  • Maintain and track department production, inventory, and budget to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure promotional booths are safely set up and removed before and after every event.

Requirements:

  • A high-energy, positive, and focused attitude.
  • Approachable and friendly personality.
  • An excellent interpersonal communication background.
  • Ability to self-motivate and problem-solve.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and direct a team to success.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office / Office 365.
  • Marketing, sales, or customer service experience (degree not required, but recommended).
  • Open weekend availability is a must.
