Job Requirements$22 per hour to start. Shift leader roles are available at a higher rate. SORSEN pays all State licensing fees. Paid training provided without cost. Uniforms provided without cost. Continuing education provided without cost.
A valid Utah unarmed guard license as issued by DOPL, combined with previous experience in security, military service or client-focused customer service is a must. Armed license is preferred but not required.
You must be at least 21 years of age with your own reliable transportation.
2 years previous experience in security, military service or law enforcement or 3 years in customer service dealing with the public.
Excellent communication and situational awareness skills. English fluency required. A second language is desirable.
Basic computer proficiency is a requirement. You'll be taught how to use our apps.
High school diploma required. College degree desirable but not required.
