Job Summary

The Licensed Optician plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at Target Optical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a simple, fun, and in-style fashion experience through flawless execution of guest experience behaviors.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily sales goals by executing guest experience behaviors with precision and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain professional business partnerships with Target Optical doctors and hosts.
  • Create an amazing guest experience on every visit by accurately fitting and dispensing fashionable products.
  • Follow all operating policies and procedures, including training, timely implementation of marketing programs, and accurate completion of sales transactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Licensed as required by state.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Selling skills.
  • Driver for results.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Accountability.
  • Accuracy in measurements.
