Position Overview:
The Forklift Operator will be responsible for the operation of forklifts to efficiently move, locate, and stack products and materials within our facility. This role is crucial for maintaining the flow of materials in our warehouse and production areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts to transport materials and products within the facility.
  • Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles.
  • Move products to and from storage locations and loading docks.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts.
  • Keep accurate records of material movements.
  • Adhere to warehouse procedures and contribute to process improvements.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
  • Valid forklift certification.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and standards for forklift operation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices.
  • Physical capability to lift and handle heavy materials.
  • No health restrictions affecting forklift operation.
