- Team Building and Development: Support the General Manager on building a dynamic team by networking, recruiting, and anticipating future needs based on business objectives.
- Accountability and Operational Strength: Be accountable for self and consistently hold others accountable; be operationally strong and resourceful.
- Training and Development: Identify and assess training needs, create tailored training plans, and implement various training methods to enhance employees' skills and performance in partnership with the General Manager.
- Experience: 2-4 years of retail sales experience with management experience (preferred).
- Leadership Experience: Experienced leadership with demonstrated experience in meeting/exceeding sales and profits.
- Training Skills: Training skills to elevate the team's product knowledge and selling skills.
- Merchandising Strategies: Experience implementing merchandising strategies and changing visual sets.
- Authenticity and Sincerity: Act with authenticity, sincerity, and transparency.
- Availability: Be available when needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to our peak business periods such as the holiday season.
- Physical Demands: Ability to constantly bend, open, lift, carry, and move merchandise and fixtures up to 40 pounds as needed.
- Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years old.
