New Perspective Senior Living LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Caregiver. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, providing daily quality care and engaging activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced caregiver who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents. As a Caregiver with New Perspective, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who share your commitment to providing high-quality care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Daily Care Routines:

  • Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medical procedures as needed.
  • Help residents with mobility and transfer assistance.

Engaging Activities:

  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote mental and physical stimulation.
  • Encourage social interaction and community building among residents.
  • Collaborate with other team members to create a stimulating and inclusive environment.

Communication and Teamwork:

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Collaborate with other caregivers to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in training and education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • No experience necessary - training provided
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to read, write, speak & understand English language

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
