Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Systems Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all systems and equipment, including auxiliary equipment, HVAC systems, and material handling systems.
- Work independently in a potentially isolated area of the building, with the ability to work at heights and in extreme temperatures.
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians and building technicians to ensure seamless operation of systems.
- Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental, and health requirements.
- Participate in weekend shift rotation and be available for on-call duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and proven ability to apply that knowledge.
- Basic trouble-shooting skills and ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work in a dusty environment and climb ladders safely.
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate a forklift in high-traffic areas.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
