Precast Laborer

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Precast Laborer at Stress Cast, a leading manufacturer of precast/prestressed concrete products.

This entry-level position involves assisting in the production process, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of assigned tasks.

• Assist in preparing materials, pouring, finishing, and curing concrete under the guidance of experienced personnel.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and compressed air tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and be trained in a production environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding work environment.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machinery is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, with a passion for working safely.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
