Position Title: Concrete Laborer
Location: Assaria, KS

Description:
As a Concrete Laborer at Stress Cast, you will play a vital role in our production process, contributing to the manufacturing of high-quality precast/prestressed concrete products. This entry-level position is suitable for candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in various tasks related to concrete production, including but not limited to pouring, finishing, and curing concrete.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and compressed air tools under the guidance of experienced personnel.
- Follow established procedures and safety protocols to ensure the safe and efficient completion of assigned tasks.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; willingness to learn and be trained in a production environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding work environment.
- Basic familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machinery is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, with a passion for working safely.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
