Sales Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a Sales Partnerships Specialist to join our team at Eleanor Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the development of strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication skills, a proven track record of sales success, and the ability to build trust quickly.
This role will involve maintaining and growing existing accounts, identifying new referral opportunities, and executing our on-the-ground strategy to develop partnerships with organizations in our community. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Director of Partnerships and will be based in North Carolina with expectation for local travel within the state.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000-85,000 per annum, plus commission. Our benefits package includes generous PTO policy, 9 observed company holidays, wellness days, fully covered medical and dental insurance plan, 401(k) plan with 3% match, short-term disability, long term disability, life insurance, family medical leave, and mindfulness app reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spend time in the field developing sources for member referrals, conducting meetings and introductions to further our company brand and value to new and existing referral partners and organizations.
- Understand Eleanor Health's care mode and communicate its value in a clear and compassionate way to other business professionals within our community.
