Job Summary

We are looking for a self-driven and experienced service expert to manage our growing technical staff and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing employees and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate field, shop, and dispatch activities within the branch
  • Maintain profit comparable to industry benchmarks
  • Foster high levels of customer retention and award-winning service

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years' experience in copier/printer repair industry
  • Prior experience managing 25+ service employees
  • Min. 5 years' experience in management or supervisor role
