Neuro Rehabilitation Therapist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home and Community Program. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide functional rehabilitation to individuals with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in their natural home and community environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with complex neurological injuries
- Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and communicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members
- Communicate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care, and enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Master's Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice
- Current CPR Certification in accordance with state regulations
- A minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
