Healthcare Call Center Representative

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Call Center Representative to join our team at Ascension in Austin, Texas. As a key member of our Patient Services team, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and families.
**Responsibilities**
Respond to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources, following a set standard.
Collect relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking and reporting activities.
Track inquires, questions and answers and provide resolution.
**Requirements**
Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
**Additional Preferences**
Previous Healthcare Experience Preferred
Call Center Experience Preferred
