Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Contract Manager to join our team at Rose International. As a key member of our Global Sourcing organization, you will play a crucial role in analyzing cost buildup of supplier spend and negotiating and managing vendor contracts/sub-contracts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, negotiation, and analysis, with a strong understanding of business and legal terms. You will work closely with internal clients to measure success, reduce costs, enable revenue, and minimize risk in aggressive timeframes.

In this role, you will create, negotiate, and execute supplier contracts compliant with corporate policies, focusing on enabling internal client success. You will also handle contract issues of all types, including new business, renewals, disputes, system set-up for order to pay, assignments, and performance issues.

Key responsibilities include administering contracts in accordance with company and customer policies and procedures, providing interpretation and analysis of contract documents, and reviewing and evaluating customer requests for changes or revisions to contracts.
