Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to serve as a Senior Staff Engineer on a variety of planning, design, and permitting projects. The selected candidate will work on industrial, institutional, commercial, multifamily residential, and athletic and recreation facilities development projects for both public and private clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, design, and permitting projects for a wide range of development types
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects
  • Develop and implement sustainable design applications for site development and construction
  • Ensure compliance with state and local permitting practices
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering with 2-4 years of experience in land use and development
  • Experience with hydrology, grading, utilities, and other aspects of development
  • Completed ABET accredited BSCE and scheduled or passed the FE exam
  • Professional licensure a goal
  • Familiarity with athletic and recreation facilities design and construction
