About the Role

We're seeking a charismatic and knowledgeable individual to join our team as an Optometric Assistant. As the face of our Exam Practice, you'll be dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping customers look great and see great. You'll be trained and knowledgeable about eye health and preliminary testing, optics, our products/services, and managed vision care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducting preliminary testing
  • Introduce patients to ODs and provide them with important patient information
  • Transition patients from doctors to sales floors and provide associates with necessary information to educate and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
  • Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals, including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to meet additional patient needs

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $15-$18 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This role may include eligible bonuses, equity, and commissions.
