We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caring Support Professional to join our team at CCRES, Educational & Behavioral Health Services.

About the Role:

  • Provide personalized support and care to students with special needs in a school setting.
  • Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement behavioral interventions and strategies.
  • Collect data and document progress notes to ensure effective student outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with children preferred, especially those with autism and other special needs.
  • Possession of relevant clearances and certifications (Act 151, Act 34, TB Screening).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $23-$26.50 per hour, depending on experience and location.
  • Eligibility for medical benefits after 30 hours/week.
  • Dental, vision, and supplemental benefits available after 20 hours/week.
  • Access to CCRES 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan and Employee Assistance Program.
