Job Overview

RadNet is seeking a highly skilled PET Technologist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a PET Technologist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate PET scanners and related equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Provide excellent patient care and ensure patient comfort and well-being during exams.
  • Assist radiologists with imaging and interventional procedures, including starting IVs and injecting contrast as needed.
  • Guide patients through the exam process and answer their questions and concerns.
  • Monitor patients' well-being during exams and take appropriate action if necessary.
  • Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
  • Safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Requirements
  • Current ARRT(N) and/or NMTCB certification with State Nuclear Medicine License.
  • Venipuncture certification/permit.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.
