Key Responsibilities
  • Process Management: Oversee all process functions of molding presses and auxiliary equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
  • Quality Control: Review sample parts and quality rejects, and make recommendations for corrective action to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Process Optimization: Maintain process logbooks and discuss proposed process modifications with engineers to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaboration: Work with the maintenance team to resolve press malfunctions and minimize downtime, and collaborate with the Quality Department to ensure the provision of acceptable parts.
  • Support: Support the Injection Molding Set Technicians in their daily tasks and provide guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience as a Process Technician in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of injection molding machines and processes, strong communication skills, and working knowledge of production tooling.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with Arburg, Toyo, and Engel presses, RJG systems, automation systems integrated with molding machines, and Kuka, Fanuc, Arburg multilift, and Engle Viper.
Work Environment
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, with weekends as needed.
  • Shift Options: 1st Shift (7:30AM-4PM) and 3rd Shift (11PM-7:30AM).
  • Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates.
  • On-Site Position: Full-time position on-site at our manufacturing facility.
