We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at the Hope Center in Wilmington, DE.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Mobile Health Services team, providing comprehensive family and primary care to individuals in the Wilmington community. Our Mobile Van visits various community centers, offering walk-in and scheduled appointments for wellness visits, chronic disease management, wound care, vaccines, and more.

The Medical Respite Program at the Hope Center provides a welcoming environment for individuals struggling with medical or behavioral health conditions. Our multidisciplinary team offers psychiatric and behavioral therapy care, chronic condition and general health treatment, and comprehensive social health evaluation and intervention.

Requirements

Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies

License or license eligible in the state of Delaware

Board certified as a Nurse Practitioner or as a Physician Assistant

Minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with complex behavioral health conditions preferred

Prescriptive Authority, DEA registration, BLS Required
