Clinical Skills Trainer

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Skills Trainer to join our team at Mat-Su Health Services, Inc. As a Clinical Skills Trainer, you will play a vital role in providing individual and group skills development to clients, assisting them in accessing services and community resources.
Key Responsibilities- Provide skills training and therapeutic interventions to clients under the supervision of the Rehab Services Program Coordinator.
- Monitor client behavior, document, and relay information to treatment professionals.
- Assist in coordinating client activities with community service projects and agencies.
- Participate in interdisciplinary quality assurance, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
- Provide access to community resources for clients as scheduled by the Agency.
- Maintain accurate client service records within established timeframes.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Two years of experience working in the mental health industry.
- General knowledge of EMR/EHR software and Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and procedure manuals.
