Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care according to organizational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and care effectiveness.
- Evaluate and revise care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Coordinate care among various healthcare disciplines.
- Administer medications and treatments per nursing protocols.

Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
