Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care according to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and document patient conditions and care effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and revise care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Coordinate care among various healthcare disciplines.
  • Administer medications and treatments per nursing protocols.
  • Assess and plan for patient discharge needs.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
