Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Master's Clinician to join our Great Starts Infant & Early Childhood program. As a key member of our team, you will provide evidence-based dyadic therapy to babies, toddlers, and preschoolers, and work closely with families to promote healthy development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide trauma-informed therapy to young children and their families, using evidence-based approaches such as Child-Parent Psychotherapy.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child and family.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes for children and families.
  • Document program activities and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner, using our electronic medical record system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in trauma-informed care and early childhood mental health.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
  • Experience working with young children and their families, preferably in a trauma-informed setting.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies and assessment tools, such as the DC: 0-5: Diagnostic Classification of Mental Health and Developmental Disorders of Infancy and Early Childhood.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and community partners.
