The Healthcare Client Liaison is integral to maintaining the operational efficiency and professionalism of our front desk services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing appointment scheduling and responding to inquiries via multi-line phone systems and email.
- Facilitate effective communication between patients, lab personnel, and healthcare providers, ensuring adherence to patient care standards and privacy regulations.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, including check-ups and referrals, while managing the flow of information effectively.
- Greet visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Compile and maintain accurate medical records, reports, and correspondence.
- Conduct patient interviews to complete necessary insurance and privacy documentation.
Additional Duties:
- Undertake other responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative medical office setting is required.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
