Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Pharmarx, a leading community pharmacy in Broward, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Medication Preparation: Assist pharmacists in preparing medications and healthcare products for patients, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Prescription Processing: Process prescriptions using computer software, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain storage and inventory of medications and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in pharmacy or related fields, with a strong understanding of medication preparation and dispensing procedures.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
