Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical records documentation for clients' needs
  • Monitor clients' continuous health needs
  • Refer to/consult with clinical staff for client concerns and needs
  • Provide input to the CRNA and IRP

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health-related discipline OR
  • An LPN plus two years of related experience
  • Valid Driver's License with less than 6 points
