We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Soccer Coach to join our team at Super Soccer Stars. As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for leading soccer classes for children aged 1-14 years old, focusing on developing fundamental soccer skills in a fun and non-competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging soccer classes that cater to the needs of children aged 1-14 years old.
  • Develop and implement age-specific and skill-based curriculum in collaboration with early childhood professionals and youth soccer experts.
  • Provide individual attention to ensure every child has success and uses positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
  • Ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment and promote teamwork in a fun weekly class.
Requirements
  • Reliable transportation to and from classes.
  • Enjoyment in working with children.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Experience working with children.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in coaching.
  • Experience related to soccer.
  • Interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development.
Benefits
