Job Role
The House Supervisor (RN) is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the entire hospital operation during administration's absence. This role requires strong leadership and nursing expertise to maintain schedules, complete education and coaching when necessary, and assist in conducting department meetings.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of assessments, treatment planning, discharge and admission procedures, medication distribution, and medical care. They will be responsible for delivering quality nursing care to ensure goals of the treatment plan are properly executed.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Lead hospital operations during administration's absence.
  2. Maintain accurate records and provide education as needed.
  3. Participate in department meetings and collaborate with team members.
  4. Provide high-quality patient care and execute treatment plans effectively.

Requirements
Candidates must hold a current unencumbered RN license, CPR certification, and Crisis Prevention Training within 30 days of employment. Prior experience in a psychiatric healthcare setting, particularly with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients, is highly desirable.
