Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and assess the relevance of national or corporate testing standards.
  • Prepare and execute relevant tests.
  • Record necessary data and outcomes.
  • Compile final testing documentation.
  • Convey final testing outcomes to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop tailored testing systems.
  • Adhere to all laboratory protocols.
This position serves as a general guideline and does not encompass all details. The role assumes that the incumbent possesses both the mental and physical capabilities to fulfill the outlined responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant experience OR an Associate's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience pertains to, but is not limited to, product testing for mechanical performance.
  • 1+ years of direct customer interaction experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to comprehend and interpret testing standards and translate them into testing setups.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-driven individual capable of working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Proficient in using basic and powered hand tools.
  • Able to navigate concrete floors or ascend ladders.
  • Able to stand and work on concrete surfaces for the majority of a shift.
  • Adaptable and able to respond to shifting job demands.
