Job Summary:
Mersino Dewatering LLC is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead our site operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our branch operations, including sales, logistics, service, and administration. Your primary goal will be to drive growth in revenue and maintain profitability while ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, logistics, service, and administration
- Drive growth in revenue and maintain profitability
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and teamwork
- Lead a high-performing team and provide coaching and development opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Proven track record of managing construction projects and leading teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Salary Range:
$160,000 - $220,000 per year
