Position Overview:
  • Oversee, diagnose, and fix a diverse range of machinery and equipment, including pneumatic systems, hydraulic units, refrigeration systems, chillers, and conveyor belts.
  • Execute routine inspections to avert equipment failures and maintain peak operational efficiency.
  • Leverage Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and managing spare parts.
  • Mentor junior technicians and advocate for best practices in maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular and preventive maintenance on boilers, chillers, and refrigeration units.
  • Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical challenges to reduce downtime.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of conveyor systems.
  • Comply with safety standards to foster a secure workplace.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable maintenance position.
  • In-depth knowledge of pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, refrigeration, and chillers.
  • Familiarity with CMMS, ability to interpret schematics, and experience in troubleshooting Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities.
