Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physician to join our esteemed Medical Treatment network, enhancing our capacity to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize video conferencing to conduct virtual appointments with patients.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for mental health conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other related disorders.
  • Prescribe and manage medications, educating patients on usage, potential side effects, and interactions.
  • Deliver comprehensive patient education, including information on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
  • Monitor patients' progress during and after treatment, conducting follow-up appointments to assess treatment effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and up-to-date medical records for each patient.
  • Efficiently handle task completion, prescription refills, and patient inquiries.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts with fellow providers to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Report quality of care issues promptly through established mechanisms.
  • Attend relevant meetings and educational training sessions to stay informed about industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Specialized expertise in the comprehensive treatment and management of ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other related conditions in both adult and pediatric populations.
  • Demonstrated experience of a minimum of 2 years in mental healthcare or 5 years in a primary care setting, showcasing a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with current mental disorder diagnostic tools, including the DSM-5, GAD-7, and PHQ-9.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology and electronic health record systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive and collaborative relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
  • High emotional awareness and sensitivity to patients' needs, reflecting a patient-centered approach to care.
  • Thorough understanding of state telemedicine laws and regulations to ensure compliance in the delivery of services.
