About the Role

Arcfield is seeking a highly skilled HUMINT Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting overt collection activities and making recommendations to synchronize, optimize, manage, and deconflict overt collection operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collection Strategy Development: Develop and implement collection strategies to support analytic products and optimize overt collection operations.
  • Source Validation: Support source validation and analyze Intelligence Information Reports (IIR) to ensure the accuracy and reliability of collected data.
  • Collection Metrics Analysis: Develop and use queries to provide collection metrics and support analytic products.
  • DOE Collection Environment Expertise: Maintain cognizance of the DOE collection environment, enterprise capabilities, and limitations to effectively advise collection management strategies.
Requirements
  • TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph: Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Q Clearance: Must possess or be able to obtain a Q Clearance.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to geopolitical/national security studies, or other relevant fields. Minimum of seven (7) years' experience supporting HUMINT activities.
  • Skills and Competencies: Solid understanding of existing methodologies and tools to assess platform performance and effectiveness. Highly organized, solid communicator, and able to develop ideas in a logical sequence leading to a valid conclusion.
Compensation and Benefits

Arcfield offers a competitive salary range of $102,406.49 to $246,081.26, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, short-term and long-term disability, retirement and savings, learning and development opportunities, wellness programs, and other optional benefit elections.
