About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Caregiver Lead to join our team at Family Resource Home Care. As a Caregiver Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and caregivers in Whatcom County.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to caregivers in Whatcom County
  • Support clients with activities of daily living, including household chores, cooking, and personal care
  • Drive clients to appointments and engage in daily activities and hobbies
  • Monitor and report on client condition
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • Valid HCA/CNA license in Washington State
  • Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
  • One year experience in home care, AFH, hospital, or nursing home setting
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a state and national background check
