We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Caregiver Lead to join our team at Family Resource Home Care. As a Caregiver Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and caregivers in Whatcom County.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to caregivers in Whatcom County
- Support clients with activities of daily living, including household chores, cooking, and personal care
- Drive clients to appointments and engage in daily activities and hobbies
- Monitor and report on client condition
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care
- Valid HCA/CNA license in Washington State
- Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
- One year experience in home care, AFH, hospital, or nursing home setting
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass a state and national background check
