The selected candidate will oversee the Gulf Coast region, which includes Tennessee, Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle. This role entails traveling to various sites 1-4 days a week, with remote work for the remainder of the time. Below are the key responsibilities and expectations:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts within the Gulf Coast region, primarily focusing on Neurology.
  • Deliver access and reimbursement education to healthcare provider office staff.
  • Provide general educational support and case-specific guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive account and territory strategies that enhance customer understanding of payer policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on reimbursement and the regional access landscape.
  • Develop strategic account plans aimed at enhancing customer knowledge for key accounts.
  • Adhere to annual budget allocations within the designated territory.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with buy and bill and specialty pharmacy networks.
  • Proven ability to educate healthcare professionals effectively.
  • Experience with products necessitating prior authorization.

All candidates must reside within the designated geography, ensuring proximity to key cities in the Gulf Coast region.
