Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Psychologist to join our team at Physician Empire as a Behavioral Health Specialist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral health services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs, abilities, or behaviors using a variety of methods, including psychometric tests.
- Offer therapy and treatments for difficulties relating to mental health diagnoses.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team conferences with psychiatrists, psychotherapists, social workers, and case managers.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in the healthcare field
- At least two (2) years of testing experience
- Experience with the accreditation process through a national recognized entity and at a minimum involvement with at least one (1) or more survey process
- Prior experience in a community healthcare setting is a plus
