Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a reliable and skilled Manufacturing Support Specialist. This role involves assisting with various manual labor tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing sites, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining the workshop
  • Handle and transport materials and equipment efficiently
  • Utilize power tools and machinery, such as forklifts, as required
  • Follow directives from supervisors to complete manual labor tasks
  • Report any equipment issues or unsafe conditions promptly
  • Ensure a clean and safe work area is maintained daily and return tools to their designated locations

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Dependability and reliability are essential
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background checks
  • Capability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs or more
  • Physical ability to stoop, bend, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Excellent manual dexterity and color vision
  • Alignment with the company’s core values

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
