We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Teller to join our team at Citizens Bank. As a Teller, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions, including cash and digital payments, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to financial policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with branch team members to achieve sales and referral goals, while promoting Citizens products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing solutions to meet their goals.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and banking regulations, ensuring compliance and providing accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent required; prior customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple transactions and customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software and systems.
- Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
