Job Description:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Gardant, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing medication distribution as stated on physician orders, adhering to strict protocols and procedures
* Creating personalized service plans tailored to individual care needs, promoting resident independence and dignity
* Fostering effective communication between physicians, healthcare providers, and family members, ensuring seamless coordination of care
* Contributing to quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
* Engaging in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance at educational seminars and staff meetings

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:
* Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
* Current CPR certification
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for delivering high-quality care with compassion and empathy
