**About the Role**

We're seeking a seasoned Escrow Officer with a strong track record of success in the industry. You'll be responsible for managing escrow transactions, working closely with agents, buyers, sellers, and lenders to ensure a smooth closing process.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage escrow transactions from opening to closing
* Coordinate with all parties involved to ensure timely and accurate completion of transactions
* Prepare and deliver preliminary fees and documents
* Review title commitments and resolve curative issues
* Schedule closings and review executed loan documents
* Perform clerical duties such as filing, answering phones, and corresponding with parties
* Manage tasks and workflow for assistants and processors working directly on your transactions

**Requirements:**

* 5+ years of experience in escrow and closing
* Strong business development skills and relationships with established clientele
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Strong focus on problem-solving with excellent customer service skills
* State licenses are encouraged, but not required for hiring
