The Emergency Department Technician II plays a vital role in patient care, working under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and physicians. This position involves assisting with patient assessments, performing essential clinical tasks, and ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Patient Care: Deliver compassionate and effective care to patients, including performing triage, conducting basic lab tests, and assisting with routine nursing tasks.
  2. Monitoring and Reporting: Observe and report changes in patient conditions, responding promptly to patient needs and alarms.
  3. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient care activities, including vital signs and other relevant information.
  4. Equipment Management: Ensure that all medical equipment is operational and properly maintained, reporting any issues as necessary.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to support patient care initiatives and improve departmental efficiency.
Qualifications:
