Your expertise will be essential in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the accuracy of diagnostic results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans, using state-of-the-art equipment and technology.
- Evaluate patient medical history and assess potential risks and contraindications for imaging procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results.
- Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance professional skills.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
- Current registration from The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Current state licensure and BLS certification.
- 1-3 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in radiology or a related field.
