Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Med Surg Ortho unit. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and coordination of all functions in the unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and manage all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
  • Lead by example, inspiring commitment to the hospital's vision, mission, and values, and representing the organization positively within the community.
  • Develop and implement effective nursing care plans, ensuring that patients receive individualized attention and care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nurse program.
  • Minimum of two years of healthcare experience, with a preference for three years or more.
  • BSN degree preferred.
