Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Design and create a diverse menu that appeals to a wide range of customers.
  • Recipe Creation: Develop and document recipes to ensure consistency and exceptional quality.
  • System Implementation: Set up operational systems for efficient inventory management, food preparation, and service flow.
  • Food Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness to ensure a pristine environment.
  • Food Cost Management: Control food costs to balance creativity and profitability.
  • Business Ownership: Take an active role in the growth of the food truck, suggesting ideas for customer engagement and operational improvements.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef with a track record in menu creation.
