About the Role

SuitShop, a leading e-commerce suiting company, is seeking a highly skilled Showroom Stylist and Key Holder to join our team in Philadelphia. As a key member of our showroom team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a best-in-class experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice to customers
  • Ensure showroom replenishment procedures are in place to meet customer demand
  • Assist with fitting and styling customers, resolving any issues or concerns
  • Provide phone, chat, and email support through our customer service portal
  • Attend weekly team meetings and provide updates on store performance
Requirements
  • Passionate advocate of the SuitShop brand
  • Eager to learn and gain experience in retail and e-commerce
  • 3+ years of experience in client services and customer support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: $40,000-$45,000 annually
