Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a per diem / prn nurse RN House Supervisor to provide leadership and supervision for all services in the facility on evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively manage nursing staffing to ensure safe staffing levels and budgetary constraints are met.
  • Serve as primary contact for the facility's internal and external customers.
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and serve as a role model to staff to ensure adherence to standards of clinical excellence and opportunities for professional development.
  • Participate in hospital committees and the performance improvement process.
  • Assume administrative, operational, and clinical responsibilities for all services in the facility on evenings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
  • Nursing staff supervision, support, and mentoring are provided to promote staff development and adherence to the standards of clinical excellence.
Requirements
  • Current licensure from Massachusetts Board of Registration as Registered Nurse.
  • Healthcare Provider CPR certification required.
  • ACLS certification preferred.
  • Computer proficiency required, with Microsoft office applications preferred.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing highly preferred.
